How to permanently delete your account, and what happens to your data when you do
This page explains how to delete your MediLog24 account and what happens to your data, for anyone who wants that information without opening the app — including as required by Google Play. MediLog24 is a product of SAMTrek UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Lerchenstr. 7, 85630 Grasbrunn, Germany.
Delete your account in the app
Open MediLog24 and sign in, then go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm when prompted. This is available to every signed-in user at any time.
What happens when you delete your account
Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out everywhere. Our database records — your profile, patient records’ metadata, share links, and stored Google tokens — are then permanently purged within 30 days.
Your files in Google Drive
Deleting your MediLog24 account does not delete your files. They live in the “MediLog24” folder in your own Google Drive and remain yours. To remove them, delete that folder from Google Drive yourself. You can also revoke MediLog24’s access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time; this stops the app reaching your files but does not delete them.
Can't sign in to delete it yourself?
Email support@medilog24.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm it is you and delete the account and its database records within 30 days, on the same terms as an in-app deletion.
